Welcome back to day number 7. In 1981, brain researcher and surgeon by the name of Roger Sperry won the Nobel Prize for his research. He said movement of the spine creates about 90% of the energy and stimulation that the brain needs. In fact, he said that your spine acts kind of like a windmill to send energy to a power plant. Your brain is your power plant! And your spine is your windmill sending energy to your brain. Movement is so important. Mobility, flexibility of your spine is so important.
That’s why the Spinal Range of Motion Exercise is so important to do every day. You’re maximizing motion of the spinal joints forward and back, side to side, and in rotation. Without regular movement, there’s no way your spine is going to be healthy. Your spine will actually degenerate faster, the tighter and stiffer that it gets. Watch the video below now…
