Welcome back to day number 20. Spinal Hygiene is the future of spine care. In today’s technology-driven, sedentary society, we are going to start having spinal problems at earlier ages if nothing is done to prevent it.
About 80% of 50-year-olds already have severe degeneration in today’s society. And it’s getting worse. 37% of 20-year-olds have degenerative disc disease, and according to a study by Scottish researchers who analyzed the MRIs of 154 10-year-olds, showed that 9% of 10-year-olds have the beginning stages of degenerative disc disease.
