Day 5) Wobble Disc Exercises

Welcome back to day number 5.  Today, we’re talking about the Wobble Disk Exercise. One of the most important things about this exercise is the fact that it helps to maintain the height of your discs in your spine (hydration).

So many people in today’s day and age have adopted a sedentary lifestyle, maybe they have a desk job where they have to sit for long periods of time.  Long periods of sitting is so stressful on the discs in your lower back. Many times it causes low back pain that potentially causes shooting pains down into the legs. And the worse that degenerative disc disease gets in your lower back, the worse those symptoms can get as well.

We want to teach you how to prevent that problem with a simple exercise that you’re doing every single day to make sure your discs in your lower back are getting movement, fluid exchange, and the proper nutrients.  Watch the video below now…

Below you’ll find a link to the spinal hygiene kit, instruction sheet, and videos that will walk you through, step-by-step, exactly how to do all of the exercises.
Please make a commitment to doing these exercises every day. Below this video, you’ll find another link as well, it’s a link to a survey. I’m going to ask you a couple of questions about how you’re doing and how you’re feeling every day throughout these 21 days. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable. We want to make sure you’ve filled out and submitted that survey every day!

You can do this. I know you can. It’s going to be life changing. All right, go get those exercises done, and I’ll see you in the next video!
