Day 4) Head Forward Posture

Welcome back to day number 4. Today we’re going to show you how to prevent and correct the most devastating, most degenerative posture in the entire world, head forward posture. Start paying close attention to people’s posture.  Look at all the people around you. You’re going to see most of them have a head-forward shift, and their head sticks way out in front of their body.  Some people will even develop a “hump” at the base of their neck from it.

Research suggests that head forward posture causes (misalignment of the spine in the neck) causes the vertebrae in your neck to degenerate at a much faster rate. In fact, most people who suffer from this degenerative head forward posture, will eventually develop really bad bone spurs in their neck.  We want to help you prevent this condition.  Watch the video below now…
