Day 19) Stress on the Joints
Welcome to day number 19. Congratulations for making it this far. In today’s video, we want to share with you some research on weight and degeneration. Another cause of spinal degeneration is obesity, and being overweight.
The more weight you have on our joints, the faster they’re going to start to wear out. In today’s day and age we all have to make an effort when it comes to maintaining a healthy weight and avoiding weight-related type problems. In order to keep a healthy, strong spine we have to be aware other areas that are causing our spine to degenerate, like our weight. Watch the video below now…
