It’s day number 17. The message today is — Never give up! At this point you might be feeling some changes in your symptoms. Maybe they’re gone, improved, or even flared-up. There’s a lot of different things that can happen in the body as your spine and nervous system gets healthier and stronger.
Remember, when it comes to building health, there are often ups-and-downs on the way up. Symptoms can go away completely and then all of a sudden, they come back. Don’t get down on yourself.
