Welcome to day number 16. An ounce of prevention is a pound of cure. Unfortunately, most people are reactive when it comes to their health instead of proactive. It’s important to be make good decisions about your health before you find yourself in a crisis situation.
Most people think their health is based on how they look or how they feel. They believe the bodybuilder or model on the front of a magazine is what health is supposed to look like. They think just because they have a runny nose or a fever, that they are “sick” or or unhealthy. In actuality, the way you look and feel does not define your health. Watch the video below now…
