It’s day number 13. Today we want to share a very important aspect of health, a condition that can develop in the spine called a subluxation. Many people have never heard of this term, subluxation.
When the spine is under stress subluxations can develop and interfere with the messages that are being sent back and forth through the nerves in your body. Chiropractors correct subluxations just like dentists correct cavities.
And just like, you take care of your teeth to prevent cavities (dental hygiene), you should take care of your spine to prevent subluxations (spinal hygiene). Watch the video below now…
