Day 11) Imbibition…

It’s day number 11, and we’re going to learn about the importance of imbibition (or movement,) for the discs in your spine. If you want a healthy spine the only way you can get nutrients to the discs (nutrients in, waste materials out) is through a process called imbibition.  The pumping of the disc (movement) allows fluid and nutrients in, and waste material out.

This is why spinal decompression works so well.  So you’ve heard of that. You’ve probably heard of people going to the chiropractor for spinal decompression therapy. When the spinal decompression machine pulls on the spine it’s creating a vacuum in the discs that pulls fluid in and out. That’s literally called “imbibition”.  Fluid in – fluid out, improving the health of the disc.  You can also acomplish this by simply MOVING YOUR SPINE.  Watch the video below now…

Below you’ll find a link to the spinal hygiene kit, instruction sheet, and videos that will walk you through, step-by-step, exactly how to do all of the exercises.
Please make a commitment to doing these exercises every day. Below this video, you’ll find another link as well, it’s a link to a survey. I’m going to ask you a couple of questions about how you’re doing and how you’re feeling every day throughout these 21 days. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable. We want to make sure you’ve filled out and submitted that survey every day!

You can do this. I know you can. It’s going to be life changing. All right, go get those exercises done, and I’ll see you in the next video!
