Day 1) Get Started with Spinal Hygiene
Welcome to day 1. In today’s video, I’m going to introduce you to the Spinal Hygiene Kit. It’s not necessary for you to have a Spinal Hygiene Kit in order to participate in the 21-day challenge, but it is very helpful. The Spinal Hygiene Kit contains all the exercise products you’ll need to perform the four core spinal hygiene exercises, and get the best results for improvement in the health of your spine. …I’ll also be walking you through alternative ways to do these exercises if you don’t have these products.
Inside your Spinal Hygiene Kit, you’ll find an instruction sheet that will walk you through the Core-4 spinal hygiene exercises you’ll want to do every day. The first one is just the range-of-motion stretch. You don’t need any products for that one. We’re going to take your spine through a full range of motion and hold it for 10 seconds at the end of each plane of motion. Watch the video below now…
